Investment Properties Corp. Achieves Record Breaking Year

Investment Properties Corporation (IPC) experienced another record breaking year in 2005 with an increase in commercial brokerage transactions. Celebrating its 30th year in business, IPC is one of the area’s oldest commercial real estate brokerage firms.

Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs for $2.1 million by Colony Plaza LLC; and numerous industrial property sales.

Significant leases negotiated by IPC in 2005 included two long-term leases on 12.1 acres of land in the Colonial Center subdivision in Fort Myers for Lee Memorial Hospital and  a 10,400-square-foot office at Fifth Third Center on Vanderbilt Beach Road for Brown & Brown, a national publicly traded insurance agency.

“We are thrilled to be able to contribute to our clients’ success during 2005” said William V. Gonnering, CCIM, SIOR, one of three IPC principals. “As we move into 2006, we are confident our success will continue into the New Year. Significant contributions by leasing associates Clint Sherwood and Charlene Greenblatt assisted IPC in achieving a record year”

In addition to Gonnering, IPC is owned and operated by principals David J. Stevens, CCIM, and Craig D. Timmins, CCIM. A true team approach utilized by IPC is a distinguishing feature of the firm; the IPC staff often works as a whole on each client account.

IPC is celebrating its 30th Anniversary. Since 1976, the IPC team has serviced Southwest Florida with buyer and seller representation, site selection, leasing, exchanges, consulting and development services. IPC is located at 3838 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 402, in Naples. For more information: (239) 261-3400 (phone); (239) 261-7579 (fax); www.ipcnaples.com.
