Investment Properties Corporation brokers sale for Artesia Development

NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 24, 2006) – WCI Communities recently purchased Artesia, a residential development in Naples from David N. Sexton, Trustee.  David J. Stevens, CCIM, a principal with Naples-based Investment Properties Corporation (IPC), served as the transactional broker.

The 263-acre residential development is located on the intersection of Barefoot Williams Road and Tower Road. Construction of the 725-unit development is expected to begin July 2006.

In addition to Stevens, IPC is owned and operated by principals William V. Gonnering, CCIM, SIOR, and Craig D. Timmins, CCIM. A true team approach utilized by IPC is a
distinguishing feature of the firm; the IPC staff often works as a whole on each client account.
