| Christine Gonnering Martin Joins Investment Properties Corporation
NAPLES, Fla. (May 7, 2007) – Christine Gonnering Martin joins her father, Bill Gonnering, CCIM, SIOR, practicing commercial real estate at Investment Properties Corporation (IPC). She assists with sales and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate.
Martin received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from The University of Central Florida in Orlando. Prior to joining IPC, Martin served as a sales associate for another local real estate company, where she was named Sales Person of the Year for 2004.
IPC is one of the area’s oldest commercial real estate brokerage firms, having celebrated its 30th year in business in 2006. The firm is owned and operated by principals Bill Gonnering, CCIM, SIOR; David J. Stevens, CCIM; and Craig D. Timmins, CCIM.
