Investment Properties Corporation Adds Two New Leasing Agents

 

NAPLES, Fla. (April 25, 2007) – Investment Properties Corporation (IPC) has named Paige Eber and Patrick Fraley leasing agents for the commercial real estate firm. Their job responsibilities include landlord and tenant representation, marketing properties for lease, canvassing and conducting market research.

 

Eber joined IPC in February 2006 as an assistant performing administrative duties and market research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

 

Prior to his position at IPC, Fraley worked at another commercial real estate firm in Naples. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida Gulf Coast University. 

 

Both new leasing agents have their Florida Real Estate License and are currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
