Record-Breaking Year
NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 11, 2007) – In spite of a slower residential market, the commercial market continues to be strong for Investment Properties Corporation (IPC).
Representative sale transactions negotiated by the team in 2006 included: three high-profile retail centers including Riverchase Shopping Center, Pine Ridge Shopping Center and Courthouse Shadows Shopping Center for a total of $57.7 million; 32 acres of residential land surrounding the Naples Grande golf course for $36 million; 37.56 acres at C.R. 951 and Vanderbilt Drive for $21.5 million; 37+/- acre parcel at Davis Boulevard for $9.7 million and a 61-unit apartment complex in Golden Gate for $6.4 million.
Significant leases negotiated by IPC in 2006 included 24,050sf at Riverview Center Boulevard to Florida Family Insurance Company; 14,526sf at Collier Boulevard to Suncoast Sports Performance, Inc. d/b/a Velocity Sports Performance and 9,583sf at Gateway of Naples to Denmark Imports, Inc.
