Clint Sherwood of IPC earns CCIM designation

Prestigious certification signifies expertise in commercial real estate

NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 2, 2006) – Investment Properties Corporation (IPC) announces that leasing agent Clint Sherwood has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the leading indicator of expertise in commercial and investment real estate.

Sherwood graduated from the Florida State University College of Business in 2002, earning a degree in real estate and finance. Immediately following, he began his career in commercial real estate with IPC, specializing in office and retail leasing.

To earn the CCIM designation, Sherwood completed four core courses, achieved a required level of closed transactions and passed a comprehensive examination. He is among only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide who hold the CCIM designation, an invaluable resource to commercial real estate owners, investors and users.
